Professor Ranjoo Herr focuses her research in the areas of democracy, global justice and human rights. Professor Marcus Stewart specializes in organizational behavior with a focus on diversity, identity and affirmative action. They find common ground on the subject of multiculturalism and a new model of inclusion that affirms and respects cultural differences.
